Real Time benefits needs a way to select which of the patient's pharmacies should be used for benefits, many of our providers prescribe specialty medications that must be sent to the approved specialty pharmacy and benefits will show Not Reimbursed for the patient's regular local pharmacy. Currently the patient's local pharmacy must be deleted from their account to have the benefits run using the specialty pharmacy, but this leads to a lot of extra work deleting and readding the local pharmacy. If a radio button or dropdown could be added to the Pt. Details screen to select which pharmacy to use for benefits and authorization, that would be great.
