Allow DEA updates from external software (HCS) to populate NewCrop automatically via API call so that we don't have to go through a complicated process to get the update in place. Here is our current process:
1. Customer logs a ticket with HCS Support.
2. HCS updates the DEA in HCS.
3. Prescriber launches the NewCrop page from within HCS.
4. HCS analyst logs a support ticket with NewCrop.
5. NewCrop changes DEA manually on their side.
6. The DEA update is complete and EPCS will send with new DEA.
Here is how we want it to work:

3. The change is made via API and NewCrop is updated.
4. The DEA update is complete and EPCS will send with new DEA.
