have a request, and I am sure I'm not the only one. I don't even know if this is possible, but someday I would LOVE to see this!
Looking at the Rx history for a patient, it shows the pharmacy name and phone number only. Is there any way to add a column for the pharmacy's address? The reason for this is, you will see often more than one pharmacy has been used - patients do this a lot, So if this patient calls and asks to have his Rx sent to "Walgreens", when the provider gets the message - we don't know WHICH Walgreens they want - they may have used more than one in the past. The patients will tell us the street name or the town, which doesn't show up here. And the problem is that we have to now google the store # or the phone number to determine which one is the one they want when they tell us the cross streets. It's a big ole pain in the butt. It would be SOOOOO helpful to be able to see the full location of the pharmacy in this history.
