In the legacy version of NewCrop, when medications were added and sitting as Pending, and even through the transmission process, the doctors were able to see real time benefits on all medications, right away, as a small box right below the medications. There was not a need to click on each individual medication to view if benefits were available or not. It was right there in front of them without any extra clicking and “hunting around” as one of my providers put it. This is something that MANY (most) of our clients are complaining about. Instead of not clicking at all and having all of the information available to them right away, now they have to do 2-3 clicks on each medication to view benefits, and it is not efficient to the providers in a busy clinic setting.
Any assistance in making this a less “clicky” process would be appreciated.
