When a patient doesn't have a pharmacy assigned and you respond to the renewal request, NewCrop doesn't record that as a patient pharmacy. You have to go add it back into the patient's information.

is it possible to customize the number of drugs listed on each favorites page. currently fairly small number around 12-15 lines. I would have more listed to have fewer "pages" to deal with. thanks for your attention
