PMP Aware Connection Issue

Hello, We are having an issue with PMP aware and want to see if it can be resolved. Our NP accesses PMP aware through the New Crop connection feature via her own login and account. Her supervising physician accesses PMP aware through the PMP aware website using his own login and account, not the New Crop connection feature. The issue presented to me by our supervising physician is the NP's searches are appearing under his searches in PMP aware. Since they do not use the same account, how is this happening and can it be corrected? Thank you.

    Connections to the PMP are based upon the provider login and specific to their NPI. Staff users working obo or under the supervision of the doctor will make the connection using the provider credentials. The staff users do not have individual logins to the PMP site.
